   On Casting of Tenth Floor roof slab or within 24 MOB*  20% of BSP + 35% of ( CPC + PLC + CMC )
   On Casting of Nineteenth Floor roof slab or within 36 MOB*  20% of BSP + 35% of ( CPC + PLC + CMC )
    On start of Plaster or within 40 Months of Booking*   10% of BSP + 30% of ( CPC + PLC + CMC )
  At the time of offer of Possession  10% of BSP + IFMS + PBIC + ECC + FFC + Stamp Duty +
    + Registration Charges & Administrative Charges
  * Whichever is Later ( MOB : Months of Booking )
